During the development phase of the project our team will ensure the following key elements:

Preparation of budgets and timeline charts

  Before and during the implementation of the project, a series of steps need to be overseen such as:

 · Supervision of tenders

 · Check technical projects and their quality

 · Identify any shortcomings and requesting designers for clarifications or revisions

 · Monitoring the development of works and payments according to ongoing contracts

 · Keep the construction within budget and on schedule

 · Ensure a good colaboration between all parties (including local authorities) involved in the construction phase

 · Supervision of site works in terms of quantity and quality

 · Ensure compliance with safety procedures on site
